What is the delivery time
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:00, we try to ship the same day.
How can I track my order?
When the package has left our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code to follow your package.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE. We take the shipping costs for our own account.
Can I return my flashlight?
You have the right to simply return it within 14 days. Please contact customer service for further instructions. Info@k-natics.nl
There is something wrong with my order, now what?
At K-NATICS, the quality of our products is of paramount importance. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact the customer service as soon as possible.
How long do I have warranty?
All our products are guaranteed for 1 year. When it comes to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product. If it is not a case of manufacturing defect and therefore by own use, the costs are for your own account.
